Order from a Tamarack Distributor or Dealer

Tamarack is in the process of setting up distribution centers through-out the United States.  Please contact us at 800-222-5932 to find out if there is a stocking distributor in your area.

Many dealer/distributors sell our products on the web. Please call us if you have a question or concern about the authenticity of a dealer or distributor marketing our products on the web.  Although Tamarack works closely with our authorized dealers and distributors, we can not guarantee services from third parties.

There are several ways to order products from Tamarack Technologies, Inc.  Select the method that is most convenient for you. Which ever way you choose, your order will be handled promptly and courteously.  Please remember to include information on how we can reach you.  There is a $150 minimum order when purchasing direct.

Order Delivery

Use the following chart to calculate the estimated time of arrival or consult the UPS Ground Guaranteed Day-Definite Delivery Map. During periods of high demand, there may be a lead time. Current lead times are noted on the online price list.

Tamarack will hold your order for you, upon request, for up to 30 days. This is specially helpful if you are going to be away on vacation or managing construction schedules. Be sure to tell us in the "additional instructions" section of the order form if you require an alternate ship date.  

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent via email for all orders made through this site or by direct email.  Confirmation of orders placed through the mail or fax is available upon request. If you are mailing or faxing your order and you require order confirmation, be sure to tell us in the "special instructions" section of the order form.  

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping confirmation is automatically emailed on all orders submitted with a valid email address. Confirmation will be sent from UPS and will include Tamarack's order number and the UPS tracking number.  You may check on the status of your order by logging on to www.ups.com and entering the UPS tracking number.

Sales Tax

In accordance with state regulations, Tamarack must collect a 5% sales tax on all good and services sold and shipped to residents of Massachusetts or non-exempt Massachusetts corporations and organizations.  If your organization is exempt from Massachusetts sales tax, a tax exempt form (ST-4 or ST-12) must accompany your order.

►Check or money order payable in U.S. dollars

Payments made by personal and out-of-state checks may be subject to hold. Please contact us at 800-222-5932 to see if this will apply to your order.

 

►COD (available to qualifying accounts)

A COD fee of $7.50 per package will be added to your order.  Most COD orders will require that payment be made by bank check or money order, payable in U.S. dollars, at the time of delivery.

 

►On account with credit approval

Our Guarantee

All retail sales carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling).  Please see our product return section for further information.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Refunds

The following policies and procedures apply to purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them for their return and refund policies.

Products purchased directly from Tamarack may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if they are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The following conditions apply to all returns.

• Items are subject to inspection and approval before credit is issued. 

• Items must be received in resale condition, in the original packaging, to qualify for a refund.

• Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. 

• Returns, other than warranty claims, will not be accepted after 90 days.

• Tamarack will not accept packages returned COD.

Please note that Tamarack reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of unidentified packages.  Please make sure that you contact us before returning any item.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Repairs

The following policies and procedures apply to purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them for their return policies.

In the event you receive a product from Tamarack Technologies that is not working properly, please call our customer service department for assistance.  All of our products are tested before they leave our facility. In many cases we can get you up and running right over the phone. Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If we can not solve the problem over the phone, we will repair or replace your product at no cost to you, for any component or manufacturing defect, provided you return defective material within the warranty period as instructed.

The following conditions apply to all returns for repair.

• Items are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty status.

• Items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging materials may be disqualified from warranty.

• Tamarack will not accept packages returned COD.

• Tamarack reserves the right to add a handling fee for items returned not covered by warranty or not defective.

Please note that Tamarack reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of unidentified packages.  Please make sure that you contact us before returning any item.

Instructions for returning an item to Tamarack for repair

► Call and obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before you return the item.

 

► Package the item in its original shipping carton, with inserts, to avoid shipping damages.

If your package arrives with visual shipping damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Claims based upon the receipt of products damaged in transit are filed with the carrier that delivered the products. Please contact us for immediate assistance if you are in receipt of product that has been damaged in transit.
