Terms and Conditions


The following policies and procedures apply to purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them directly.

In the event you receive a product from Tamarack Technologies that is not working properly, please call our customer service department for assistance @ 1-800-222-5932. Tamarack Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for any labor costs associated with removing or re-installing warranted items.

The following conditions apply to items returned for repair under the warranty period.
Proof of purchase is required. Items are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty status.
Items damaged due to inadequate packaging materials may be disqualified from warranty.
Tamarack will not accept packages returned COD.
Tamarack reserves the right to add a handling fee for items returned not covered by warranty or not defective.

Please note that Tamarack reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of unidentified packages. Please make sure that you contact us before returning any item.

Tamarack Warranty does not cover problems resulting from installation, operation or maintenance that has been undertaken other than in accordance with the instructions. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from defects in or caused by associated equipment (furnaces, solaria, etc.); from repairs or modifications attempted by persons other than Tamarack Technologies, Inc.; From abuse, accidental or shipping damage or acts of god. This warranty does not apply to the product used outside of the United States, its territorial possessions and Canada. Please refer to additional conditions contained in the product manual of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Extended Warranty:

Tamarack offers a 3-year extended warranty for parts and labor for models HV1000, HV1450, HV1600, HV3400, and all infinity fans. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time when purchasing the above items. The warranty does not cover the cost of labor associated with removal or installation or shipping of those items noted above.

Expired Warranty:
Tamarack offers a flat fee repair service for fans out of warranty up to 8 years in service. This covers all the components except the housings on fan models HV1000, HV1450, HV1600, HV3400, and all infinity fans. For all models listed above except the HV3400, the cost is $175. For the HV3400 the cost is $275.00.

Product Refund:
Tamarack Technologies, Inc. offers a 30 day refund policy for most products that are purchased at retail price directly from Tamarack Technologies, Inc., less shipping, handling. Tamarack will only accept for refund, products that are brand new in the original unopened box. Product used or installed will be assessed a 30% re-stocking fee plus any additional costs related to items damaged upon return. Freight is pre-paid by the customer. Proof of purchase is required.

Tamarack offers an upgrade solution for customers that want to exchange an HV1000, HV1450, HV1600, HV3400, or infinity fan. Tamarack will waive any re-stocking fee for items returned that are brand new in the original unopened box with all appropriate paperwork and manuals. Product returned in opened boxes or ones that were installed will be assessed a 30% re-stocking fee plus any additional costs related to items damaged upon return. Freight is pre-paid by the customer. Proof of purchase is required. Upgrades must be made within 30 days of purchase directly from Tamarack Technologies toward the purchase of a higher priced item. To upgrade, please contact Tamarack to make the purchase of the new fan and to make arrangements to return the existing fan.

Prior to returning an item to Tamarack, please call our service area between 8am and 5pm est M-F at 800.222.5932 to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA). RMA's expire 60 days from issue date. Products received at Tamarack beyond 60 days will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. The item must ship pre-paid by the sender. Tamarack will not accept COD packages or packages that arrive without the RMA number on the shipping label.

Instructions for returning an item to Tamarack
Call Tamarack at 800.222.5932 for a return authorization number (RMA) before you return the item. RMA's expire 60 days from issue date. Products received at Tamarack without an RMA number or beyond 60 days will be refused.
Clearly mark the RMA# on the shipping label and ship freight prepaid to:

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tamarack Technologies reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
