All retail sales carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

PRODUCT RETURNS: Refunds

The following policies and procedures apply to retail purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them for their return and refund policies.

Products purchased directly from Tamarack may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if they are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The following conditions apply to all returns.

  • Items are subject to inspection and approval before credit is issued.
  • Items must be received in resale condition, in the original packaging, to qualify for a refund.
  • Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returns, other than warranty claims, will not be accepted after 90 days.
  • Tamarack will not accept packages returned COD.

Please note that Tamarack reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of unidentified packages. Please make sure that you contact us before returning any item.
Instructions for returning an item to Tamarack for a refund

  • Call to let us know that you will be returning an item under our money back guaranty policy.
    Please have your invoice handy to confirm the date of purchase.
     
  • Return the item, in the original box with inserts, freight prepaid to
    UPS/FedEx or other freight carrier (returns not accepted via US mail):

    We strongly recommend that you insure the package to avoid any loss due to a lost shipment or shipping damages.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Repairs

The following policies and procedures apply to purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them for their return policies.

In the event you receive a product from Tamarack Technologies that is not working properly, please call our customer service department for assistance. All of our products are tested before they leave our facility. In many cases we can get you up and running right over the phone. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If we can not solve the problem over the phone, we will repair or replace your product at no cost to you, for any component or manufacturing defect, provided you return defective material within the warranty period as instructed.

The following conditions apply to all returns for repair.

  • Items are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty status.
  • Items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging materials may be disqualified from warranty.
  • Tamarack will not accept packages returned COD.
  • Tamarack reserves the right to add a handling fee for items returned not covered by warranty or not defective.

Instructions for returning an item to Tamarack for repair

  • Call and obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before you return the item.
  • Package the item in its original shipping carton, with inserts, to avoid shipping damages.
  • Mark the RMA# on the box and return it, freight prepaid to:

We strongly recommend that you insure the package to avoid any loss due to a lost shipment or shipping damages.
If your package arrives with visual shipping damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Claims based upon the receipt of products damaged in transit are filed with the carrier that delivered the products. Please contact us for immediate assistance if you are in receipt of product that has been damaged in transit.
